Pistachio Pesto

Pistachios, Italian basil and parmesan blended into something creamy, nutty and green. Rich, smooth and made to be spread thickly.

How to use it

• Stir a portion through hot pasta and let it loosen into a sauce.
• Spread it on warm bread or toast.
• Spoon it over roasted vegetables or grilled chicken.
• Use it as a base under fish before it goes in the oven.

• 1 box, 4 individually wrapped portions of 20g each
• 80g in total

Storage

Keep frozen. Best within 6 months. Take out a portion as you need it and leave the rest in the freezer.
